Good Ol' Days
Found Sheila's old CD collection and found pictures that I've forgotten about, and some of them I have no recollection of being taken. Shows how short-lived memories are. Mi-te, mi-te! Look how we used to look like...

10 years
My bestfriend turned 21 today. We knew each other since we were 9 and have been friends ever since we were 11.
It's a wonder how we lasted this long. She would have thought of the same thing, since both of us are unbearable people. It's a shame that I don't remember much of my childhood, and I'm glad she is the one helping me remember them. I'm sure we have our ups and downs. I remember this particular time when I called you a bitch in written form on your brother's desk for whatever reason I didn't remember, and back then it was a huge deal. It was so childish of me when I think about it today. I think I have a knack of pushing people away back then - which always ended in a disaster.
Oh my, how the years have passed. As cheesy as this will sound, I'm glad you are my friend.
Happy birthday Teah!

Call me sensitive
No daily medical genetics test today. Relieved, but boring otherwise. Went to eat in Tolstyak with my groupmates. I'm glad that I still have a social life. *grins*
At night I went exploring the shops near the train station. Went in a liquor shop, and saw an absinthe bottle with the absinthe plant floating in it. Reminds me of Ram, who asked Ken to buy him one, which reminds me about the good old times. Sheila & Ram - I miss you guys. It has never been the same again.
You know, I hate it when someone ridicules my memories, especially when it's the good ones (well, of course). Anyway, I rarely talk about my memories to other people, because I simply can't conjure anything that's worth sharing or I'm not able to put it into words. But when I have the chance to share, and someone ridicules it -- It aggravates me. Call me sensitive, but the person was out of line. The good old days -- were one of the best days of my life. That was when I feel significant and well, accepted (so to speak).
Just for the record, the weather today is slightly nostalgic, with a good chance of a) melancholy or b) infuriation.

Every Touch, Every Smile, Every Frown
I stumbled upon these pictures:
I haven't had a hearty meal for weeks. I feel content.
