I'm a huge fan of anime soundtracks and they're the reason why I am still playing the piano even after almost 7 years quitting music school. My parents thought I was just too lazy to practice. In fact, they were right -- but not because I lost interest. My teacher pushed me into playing exam pieces every single lesson to prep for final exams, in the end I got fed up and bored playing the same pieces repetitively. I wanted to be able to play for fun and to be able to make music, not to enslave myself to get a music degree (though that would have been much better, but that would have just killed me)

The song Canta Per Me by Yuki Kajiura has been one of my absolute favourites. It's the song from the anime Noir. Recently I stumbled upon the orchestrated version of the song played by the Eminence Symphony Orchestra, and it sounds orgasmic (I must say because it just gave me the severe case of the goosebumps!) The whole ensemble surprisingly made me cry :s

Float like a cannonball

Damien Rice breaks my heart. Listening to his song "Cannonball" sends chills to my body. And a picture of a man and a woman in bed just staring at each other's eyes, enjoying each other's company. Though the song is vaguely about proclaiming your love or saying goodbye or something in between those areas, the scene in my head fits the song perfectly.

I'm having therapy cycle. It makes me realise how UNLUCKY I am to be here. I don't know, maybe it's just my being down this past few weeks. I need a good dose of outside food. I'm tired of my own cooking...

I'm having Neurology cycle this week and I get an instructor who looks a lot like J. K. Rowling. I kid you not. Interesting class, however the class is a 45 minute bus ride from my place. In this cold, my interest wavers.

Currently I'm into 1st person view mode shooting game.
I'm playing Call of duty on my PSP and I'm thinking how great it would be to play with
another person. Then I forget, there are no wi-fi services here. =(

My family went to Genting Highlands yesterday and went furniture shopping in IKEA for our
new house. NAK IKUT! Yes, I'm being childish. I have an excuse to be childish just because I haven't turned 21. A childish excuse at that.

I don't know why, but I always feel so rushed and hectic eventhough my classes aren't that stressful or long.

Music: Currently obsessed with Omarion's Ice box. RnB's not my thing, but I like the tune. But nothing beats Neyo's Because of you. I'm still in love with that song.

Exactly a week from now I'll be leaving Brunei. I'm under phantom stress. My room is in shambles. I think I'm losing hair :(

My kidney is acting up. I hope it's nothing serious. Potassium citrate mixture is horrendously yucky. My appointment for an Ultrasound is next Tuesday.

My shoe crime

My new digicam : Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W55. Yes, it's pink! I meant to buy the black model 'cause it looks damn sleek. Too bad the color black is not available. Gave my old Nikon CoolPix to my younger brother who is even happier to receive it. 7.2 Megapixels and 2.5 inch screen. My new digicam is even way better than Nikon's 3.2 Megapixels and 1.5 inch screen.

Dad is unpredictable. I can never tell what he's willing to buy for me.

It's my 2nd younger brother's birthday today. He's eleven. He's a bit miffed because he wanted his birthday celebrated in Swenson's.

Bought Rihanna's Good girl gone bad and Ne-yo's Because of you. $2 a piece. I'm shameful to say that it's worth buying albums cheap. Because in the end I regretted buying them. They're not even my type of music, I don't know why I bought it in the first place. Though, I really like Ne-yo's Because of you (single). T'was addictive.

Watched Transformers. I'm smitten. Awesome. Need to buy clear copy DVD.

The Dog Show

The reason why I like to go to this country's dog show is not just for the sole purpose of cooing at cute looking dogs, but they show species that I've never seen before. For example:

My parents bought me a white Sony Playstation Portable and I'm so fudging estatic! The bad news is that I will only be able to get my grubby hands on it when I return back home for summer holidays.

But anyways, eventhough it's 2 years late, I still appreciate it. I didn't ask for it and yet they still buy it for me. I feel like crying when my mom told me that my dad had bought me the PSP. Besides the gaming part, I love it when it can play movies and videos XD Okay, I know I'm overexcited over this thing, eventhough I haven't even lay eyes on it yet, but this is the best things that ever happened to me ever! (one of the best things I'm sure) Now, I should prepare myself for an extensive begging for an external hardisk...

An easy day today. No stress. Came into class, sit around and talk for half an hour and then go. Seriously. Should I be worried?
